Configurable Wireless Stack Lights
Stack-Light's wireless products offer flexible design options. You can group lights and controls into teams, mixing and matching devices to operate in sync or independently. This versatility allows you to create the perfect system for your unique project.
We collaborate with you to create a robust and cost-effective system. Devices can be pre-programmed for your project, making them ready out of the box and plug-and-play. Once you have your system, you can add or reassign devices between teams using a phone app or the Stack-Light Commander program, ensuring your system remains scalable and adaptable for the future.
Andon Light Teams
Our system utilizes a Team concept, where all lights and devices on the same team are synchronized to work together. You can create multiple teams that share the same Mesh network but function independently. It is easy to mix and match Andon lights with remotes or other lights as needed. This flexibility makes it possible to customize a system for your application.
The heart of the system is our RCSL60 Wireless Andon Light.These can be configured to have from one to five colors. They can be controlled with a remote, another light, or the Stack Light Commander Visual factory software.
The RC-IO comes with 6 inputs and 6 outputs. It can connect to sensors for counting production output or interface with a PLC to control lights through programmed logic.
Our wireless Andon system uses a 2.4GHz signal to transmit data on a mesh network. The range between devices is 125-150 feet. The range can be extended by adding a repeater or another light. All device act as repeaters. Adding additional wireless devices extends the range and make the mesh network more robust. You can have multiple wireless networks running alongside of each other and they can all be viewed in the Stack Light Commander program.
