24V LED Stack Lights with Buzzer

The SL60 is a cost-effective industrial Stack Light with a buzzer. These are ideal for use on industrial machinery or as part of an Andon light system. They are often used on assembly lines as part of the manufacturing process to improve production.

These 24V stack lights use the latest LED technology. They are bright, long-lasting, and energy-efficient. The lights are modular, and you can change the order around. 110V Stack Lights are also available.

The device includes a built-in 85dB buzzer. A separate wire controls it and you can attach it or not. You can also control the buzzer with a dip switch located under the bottom light. You can change the function to pulse, emit a steady sound, or you can turn off the audible alarm altogether.

You can order the standard SL60 with three different mounting options. The pedestal mounting option is the most popular. These mount with four screws to a horizontal surface.

The swivel mounting option is useful for mounting the stack light to a vertical surface. The wires for the lights come out of the bottom of the base of both the swivel mount and pivot mount. This makes it easy to hide the cable inside of a piece of equipment.

The swivel and pivot mounts have knock-out mouse holes on the base of the mount. You can remove these to allow the wire to pass out the side.

The bracket-mounted version has a longer 14.5" pole. This is the simplest mounting option. You can mount these with two screws to a vertical surface.

You can order the Andon lights with one to five colored lights. The light colors are red, green, amber, blue, and white. You can light more than one light at a time to provide real-time production status to your staff.

The standard SL60 Stack light comes with a 6.5" pole. However we have poles up to 6'-6" long and can build your light with a custom pole for your project.

Standard Andon poles are available in the accessories collection. If you order the tower light with a pole, we will assemble them at our facility. For custom lengths give us a call.

Typically these lights are wired into a machine or used with a PLC. For a simpler solution, we offer Andon Stations with control boxes and switches built into them. These come pre-assembled and are plug-and-play. They are an easy way to add an Andon system to a lean manufacturing environment.

You can configure the Andon Stations to work for your production process. These also have uses in warehouses and for customer service. A cable can separate the Andon buttons and control box from the stack lights. This makes it possible to send andon alerts to operators that are out of the line of sight of the controls.

You can set each colored light to flash or not using dip switches located on the light's main control board. We build the LED tower lights and configure them for you before they ship.
