Stack Light Commander is a turnkey andon light software that lets you monitor, track, and control all of your wireless Stack Lights. It comes pre-installed on the Penguin gateway, which connects directly to your wireless mesh network. Commander can be accessed from any browser on your local network, or enable Cloud access to manage everything remotely.
See real-time statuses on the Bingo Page, place lights onto a floor plan on the Map Page, and track OEE trends on the Data Page. Export to CSV for deeper analysis.
The system runs on its own mesh network — independent of your company’s Wi-Fi — with 125–150 ft range between devices. As you add more wireless devices the network extends automatically.

Stack-Light Commander is software that lets you monitor, track, and control all of your Wireless Stack Lights. Commander needs to be purchased for each facility that will have a Penguin. Each additional Penguin at a facility does not require re-purchasing Commander.

The Penguin computer communicates with your Wireless Stack-Lights and hosts Commander. Most facilities only need 1 Penguin. If your mesh network is spread across a large area or multiple buildings, you may need additional Penguins to ensure full coverage. Contact us to determine what's best for your facility.
Each new light added to Commander requires its own license. Light licenses are priced on a scale where the more lights you have, the cheaper they are.
