We have taken a innovative approach to the traditional Bingo board concept and developed the Map Dashboard. This is a a visual management tool that provides a geographical representation of your facility, highlighting the status of individual workstations, production lines, or zones. By using colored lights (e.g., green, yellow, red, blue, and white), it instantly communicates whether areas are operating smoothly, need material replenishment, or require immediate assistance to avoid disruptions.
The Map display offers a dynamic, at-a-glance view of your facility’s operational status. Unlike the Bingo Board, which typically tracks overall performance metrics, the Map display pinpoints the status of specific areas within your facility.
The Map Dashboard is easy to set up. You simply load a drawing of your facility into the program and then drag and drop the lights into place. You can have multiple map dashboards for different areas in your plant.
