Map Feature

Setting up the Map Display in Stack Light Commander is simple. Upload an image of your facility to the software and position the wireless Andon devices accordingly. You can create multiple maps for different sections of your facility or for remote locations. For example, if you manage two buildings, you can have separate maps for each and switch between them using tabs. This feature allows managers to monitor multiple locations in real time from anywhere with internet access.

The Map Display is an innovative feature of Stack Light Commander that enables you to see exactly where help is needed. This significantly speeds up response times, reducing downtime and saving money.

Bar Charts

The Bar Charts let you quickly see how your facility is performing in real time. Each time a  device is triggered a time stamp is recorded. These events are displayed graphically by color and team.

OEE Data
There are two bar charts one shows the number of cycles and the other chart show the total on time for each light. The time range can be adjusted to fit your shifts or timeline that you want to analyze.

Issue Analysis Chart

The Issue Analysis Chart lets you dive deeper into the data.  It displays history of each team and event. The data can be narrowed down by individual light, team and time range.
OEE Issue Analysis

Use the Issue Analysis Chart to discover hidden inefficiencies and areas of improvement. See how your efforts at continuous improvement compare from team to team.

Cycle Summary / Historical Data

The Cycle Summary and Historical Data Tabs provide access to the raw data for each event. The Cycle Summary data includes On Time, Cycle Counts, and Longest Cycle for each team. The Historical Data shows each time stamp for every event.
OEE Cycle Summary

The raw data for each event can be downloaded as a CSV file, enabling further analysis of production data for Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen projects using programs like Excel, Minitab, JMP, or Statgraphics.
