Stop Lights with Wireless Controls
The TL100-2-W-L Lights are wireless and can be controlled with our wireless remote controls. These lights can be added to an existing system or used to build a custom signal light system fit for your specific application.
Stack-Lights traffic lights are designed to be flexible making it easy to build the perfect system for your unique project. Multiple Lights can be controlled by a single remote control or one remote can control multiple traffic lights. Lights and remotes can be teamed together to be synchronized and you can have multiple teams operating independently while sharing the same mesh network.
The Traffic lights are controlled by the RC-M or RC-B remotes. The RC-M version plugs into a standard 110V outlet. It has built-in LEDs that are synchronized to the traffic lights that they control. This makes it easy to see the status of the traffic light even if the remote is located out of the line of sight of the remote control.
Battery-powered remotes are available for special applications. These are often used for forklift or golf cart safety. They can be mounted on the vehicle and used to alert pedestrians. The battery remote control does not have an LED that synchronizes with the light that it controls. This preserves battery life. Where possible we recommend the plug in control but for certain situations the wireless control is necessary and works well.
RC-B-1 Battery Powered Remote The RC-COM Commander software can be added to any wireless Traffic Light system. This makes it possible to control the lights from a desk or a laptop computer. The status of the lights can be shown on a bingo board or on a map that you can load into the program. This program is great for monitoring loading docks. The Stack Light commander program can also be attached to a large monitor to display the state of the lights to workers.
Dock Status Light Software RC-COM
Each Traffic Light device has a 100-150 ft range between devices. They use a Mesh Network to pass signals from device to device. This extends the system's range. Repeaters, Traffic Lights, and Remote Controls all act as nodes and pass the signal using the most efficient path. If one node goes down or is removed the mesh reforms and continues working. This self-healing feature makes for a robust wireless network.
The TL100-1 traffic lights come in Red, Green, Yellow, and BLue. The yellow caution lights can be used to warn of oncoming traffic and the Red lights can act as stop lights.

The LED housings can be configured vertically or horizontally. The LEDs are modular making them easy to replace.
The lights come with adjustable brackets so the light can be directed as needed.
