Remote Controlled Signal Lights
The TL100-3-W-L are remote-controlled Traffic Lights. These Wireless lights can be added to an existing Stack Light Wireless system or you can use these to build a unique system for your specific project.
Stack-Lights Traffic Lights system is designed with flexibility in mind. We make it easy to build a unique system for your project. Whether this be a simple system for factory crosswalk safety or a more advanced system for loading docks with software control, we have you covered.
The system uses a Mesh Network for communication. Multiple lights can be teamed to work together and you can have multiple teams of lights working independently.
The Traffic lights can be controlled with the Sack-Light commander software or with the RC-M or RC-B remotes. The RC-M is powered by a standard 110V outlet. It has built-in LEDs that are synchronized with the traffic lights that are on its team. The LED makes it easy to see the status of the traffic light at a glance, even when the remote is located out of the view of the remote control.
The RC-B Battery-powered remotes are for special applications. These are used on forklifts, golf carts, or for other applications where the remote needs to be mobile. They can be used to alert pedestrians that a vehicle is in the area. The battery-powered control does not have an LED that tells the status of the Traffic light. This preserves battery life. Where possible we recommend the 110V remote. But the Battery Version can be perfect for some applications.
The Stack-Light Commander software can be added to any wireless Traffic Light system. This software can control and monitor the Traffic lights from a desk or a laptop computer. The status of the lights can be displayed on a bingo board or on a map that you can load into the software. This program is designed for monitoring loading docks. The Comander Module can be attached to a large monitor and hung overhead to show the staus of the lights to workers.
Each Traffic Light device has a 100-150 ft range between each unit. They use a Mesh Network to pass the signal between devices. All of the wireless devices except the battery units act as nodes and form a mesh that can adapt as needed to keep the network healthy and reliable. The Mesh Network is self-healing. If a device is removed or fails. The Network will adjust and the other units will continue to operate. This is a big advantage over a system with a hub. No one device can take down all of the devices.
Typical Applications:
