For each event a time stamp is recorded. This data is stored on the cloud. The data can be sorted by date and device. By using your factory’s timestamp data in lean manufacturing, you can systematically eliminate waste, improve flow, and drive continuous improvement.

Ways to Leverage your Data
Value Stream Mapping: Uses run time and stoppage data to map current vs. future states.
5 Whys/Root Cause Analysis: Warning and stoppage counts guide questioning to uncover causes.
SPC (Statistical Process Control): Control charts ensure stable processes.
PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act): Data validates the “Check” and “Act” phases, such as verifying reduced downtime after intervention.
