Stack-Light Commander

Stack Light Commander tracks data and displays it in various graphs and charts, empowering you to quickly identify areas for improvement and enhance your facility's efficiency. The data can be viewed within the program or exported as a CSV file for analysis in tools like Excel or Minitab.
Bingo Board
Bingo boards, also known as Andon boards, are essential tools in lean manufacturing, providing real-time visibility into facility status at a glance. These visual dashboards display key metrics like production rates and machine conditions. Stack light bingo boards can be accessed on any internet-enabled device or shown on overhead monitors for enhanced shop floor efficiency.

Map Feature
Setting up the Map Display in Stack Light Commander is simple. Upload an image of your facility to the software and position the wireless Andon devices accordingly. You can create multiple maps for different sections of your facility or for remote locations. For example, if you manage two buildings, you can have separate maps for each and switch between them using tabs. This feature allows managers to monitor multiple locations in real time from anywhere with internet access.
The Map Display is an innovative feature of Stack Light Commander that enables you to see exactly where help is needed. This significantly speeds up response times, reducing downtime and saving money.
Bar Charts
The Bar Charts let you quickly see how your facility is performing in real time. Each time a device is triggered a time stamp is recorded. These events are displayed graphically by color and team.
