The SBSL line of Andon stations is available in three standard models. These all are assembled and tested at our factory. They are simple to install. Just plug into a standard 110V outlet and you are ready to go. These LED call stations are often used as warehouse signal devices, factory status monitors or as a visual indicator in production environments.
Andon System with two lights
The SBSL60DL models use one switch control box to control two LED tower lights. Each Tower Light can be configured to have from one to five levels of lights. The standard cable between the control switch box is ten foot for both tower lights. The cable lengths can be ordered custom. Call us and we will be happy to build your unit with custom cables specific for your project.
The SBSL60DL Andon system works well for situations where operators may have an obstructed view of the Tower light as they move from room to room or to different sides of a piece of machinery. These Dual Light Andon systems are also used on opposing sides of production lines.
The SBSL60R Andon system is similar to the DL version. The only difference is that it has only one tower light attached to the control box. This option is great for situations where the Tower Lights and the control box need to be positioned a distance from each other and only one tower light is needed.
The SBSL60R units come standard with a 6-foot cable that connects the Andon lights to the control box.
